With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in medical billing and coding, Nkwako brings a rare combination of technical, clinical, and operational expertise to the healthcare industry. With over a decade of experience in patient care, Ekwopi Osong brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to every home she visits. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), she has spent the last 10+ years caring for patients across various settings, including home health, long-term care, and post-acute rehabilitation.

Ekwopi is known for her gentle bedside manner, attention to detail, and commitment to helping patients recover safely and comfortably in their own homes. Her dedication to nursing goes beyond the medical—she takes time to listen, encourage, and support both patients and their families through every step of the care journey.

When she’s not providing care, Ekwopi enjoys reading, mentoring young nurses, and spending time with her family.
